I am fighting fire everyday, too.

Learning to relax no matter how busy my life is.

Every year on the twelvth day of October, I will conclude the events for the past one year, without fail. Previously, I have set many targets for myself. Rolling back the many screens of the past happenings, I have realised I am no longer young. I happen to get one year older on this very special day of mine, and I hope to be one year wiser than the previous.

It was quite an eventful year from 2010 to 2011. The transition of student life and officially stepped into a world of reality. Obviously, it has not been a smooth sailing one. The reason that I have came this far (or probably not very far) is the determination to grip on tightly. The good and bad, the smiles and the frowns, allowed me to experience the life in the working society. There are some instances when I tweeted “I wish that I will never grow up” - not because I am getting older, but because of the heavier responsibility that I have to face. Indeed, this is a phase of growing up. The things we want changes. When I was a teenager, I will always crave for a much powerful computer or probably game consoles like Sony Play Station. But now, I want a powerful car and a spacious house. Never forget, every action we took at this stage, should takes into account of yourself and the people around you.

Well, the person I am today, frankly speaking, differs from where I were a few years ago. The attitude and perception in life diverted to a much mature thinking and mindset. In this stage of much uncertainties, I will only remind myself not to give up. Positive mindset and attitude will always be the first principles in every single task that I want to achieve. From Macquarie to BNP Paribas, as an Operations Analyst to a Product Controller, I hope to strive better results in my coming years. Same goes to every single thing I am doing and going to do.

I wish this 24th year of mine, will be a fruitful and reaping many successes.
